Why haven't I received my eligible bonus?

Once a bonus becomes eligible, it will be reported to your company on a cadence that is determined internally. From there, it is paid as outlined in your bonus policy.

To locate your bonus policy, go to your Dashboard and scroll to the bottom! From there, you should see a box containing text. Click on the arrow beneath the box to expand the text inside, and you'll be able to review your bonus policy in full!

If your bonus hasn't been paid out in the timeline outlined by your company, we recommend escalating the issue to your internal Payroll/Talent Acquisition teams, whose contact information you can typically locate in your Dashboard referral bonus policy.

All bonus policies are different and that ERIN Support cannot assist with bonuses that have already become eligible. To request more information about an eligible bonus, we recommend contacting your internal Referral Program resource, whose contact information you can usually find in your Dashboard referral bonus policy.
