My candidate did not receive their referral link. How can I check to make sure it was sent?
We recommend checking your referral's information to ensure that their email or phone number were entered correctly. If they were not, then you can submit a new referral for the candidate using the correct information to resolve this issue. Otherwise, we recommend having the candidate check their Spam or Junk folders in their email, or if their text messaging tool of choice has a spam filter, then they should also check their Spam filters in their messaging app. If they are still unable to locate their referral message, you can contact ERIN Support for assistance having that referral sent again.
