Microsoft Edge's tracking prevention is great for blocking unwanted cookies from malicious sites. However, the security imposed by the tracking prevention can sometimes prevent legitimate sites from storing things like login tokens. If this happens when logging into ERIN, you may see an endless loading screen. To fix this issue:
- To the left of the URL bar, locate the lock icon
- Click on the lock, then locate the Tracking prevention for this site slider
- Disable the Tracking Prevention option for app.erinapp.com by clicking on the slider
- Once you've completed the steps above, refresh your page, and you should be able to access ERIN without any issues.
