A brief guide to Bonuses and Points
Tracking Your Bonuses
Are you expecting a bonus for your referral? You can keep track of your referral bonuses using the My Bonuses tab. From there, you can view all of your pending bonuses and check on the status of candidates that you know were hired.
Want to find out more information about your bonus? Click View Details below the bonus to find out more! From here, you can find out the day your candidate started, the day you’re eligible, and, if it’s already been paid, when you received the bonus. Check back here often once your referral has been hired to get the most out of ERIN.
Bonus Statuses
Your bonus can have a variety of statuses. Below are a few of the different statuses a bonus can have:
Pending: You are currently in the waiting period for your bonus.
Eligible: You are eligible for a bonus, but it hasn’t been paid yet.
Ineligible: You are not eligible for the bonus anymore.
Paid: You have received the bonus.
Points
Points are a way that you can earn small rewards for using aspects of ERIN. You can earn points in a variety of ways, such as for making a referral, sharing a job on social media, or for logging in on consecutive days. You can always see your points on your Dashboard once you’re logged into ERIN.
