In this article, you will learn how to notify recruiters when a referral lead is made.
1. About Referral Leads
Sometimes, you may not have a job available that fits a candidate's specific skills, but they might still be a great candidate. For these instances, ERIN can allow employees to make "Referral Leads".
To enable referral leads, contact your ERIN Customer Success Manager.
2. Notify Recruiters of Referral Leads
To enable referral lead notifications, navigate to the settings tab from the dashboard on the left-hand side and select "Settings" from the "Settings" dropdown (Fig. 1).

Next, scroll down to the "Notifications" tab in "Settings" and include any emails in the second to last text box that you would want to be notified of a referral lead (Fig. 2).

When satisfied, select "Send Report". Now, the designated email addresses will receive an email notification every time a referral lead is submitted.
