Learn about what Data can be used in a Referral Report

Overview

In this article, users will learn what data can be used in a Referral Report.

1. Make a Referral Report

To make a referral report, start at your dashboard, click on the "Manage Referrals" dropdown on the left-hand side, and select "Referrals" (Fig. 1a).

Next, filter your data if desired and export a CSV of this data using either "Export All" or "Export View" (Fig. 1b). For more information on exporting data to a report, go to How to Export Employee, Bonus, Referral, or Other Data.

2. Included Data

Below are the fields included by default on each report (Fig. 2). The left column represents the field name while the right column defines the data this field represents.

Additionally, if your company's referral process includes your own custom questions in "Form Builder", your Referral Report may include fields such as "Questions Data", "Candidate Questions Data", and "Interested Questions Data".
