Overview
In this article, users will learn about ERIN's default statuses.
1. About candidate status
Users can keep track of their referrals with standard and custom referral statuses. Listed below are the standard ERIN referral statuses and what they mean.
1.1. Referred
A "Referred" status indicates that a referral has been initiated within ERIN (Fig. 1a).

For users at companies in the European Union, candidate details will not be visible until the referral has been accepted. Rather than a referred candidate's contact information being displayed, the text "Pending Acceptance" will be instead (Fig. 1b).

To learn about the referral process under the European Unions's GDPR policy, go to GDPR-Compliant Referrals.
1.2. Accepted
An "Accepted" status indicates that a referred candidate has accepted their referral (Fig. 1c).

Additionally, some companies may have a custom label in between "Accepted" and "Hired" to note the exact stage a referred candidate is at (Fig. 1e).
